Subsidy: Ibadan North LG Chair Biro Eulogizes Makinde’s Safer Project

The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon Waheed Akanbi ‘Biro’ has commended Makinde’s Safer initiative flagged off Wednesday 30th August, 2023. Eaglessightnews reports.

Hon Waheed Akanbi disclosed this in a statement made available to eaglessightnews.com.ng on Saturday after the palliatives intended by the state government to cushion the subsidy effects on the residents of Oyo State got to Ibadan North Local Government.

Hon Waheed described Governor Makinde as a ‘Say And Do Governor’ who always ensured he kept to his promise.

The Chairman particularly commended the coordination of the safer project kick-started Wednesday across various zones in Oyo State.

“Makinde’s Safer initiative will mitigate the negative effects of subsidy removal on the people of Oyo state.” Hon Waheed Akanbi stated.

While commending Governor Makinde on the safer project, Hon Waheed Akanbi also eulogized the government officials who coordinated the exercise for their devotion to making the exercise a reality.
