Pictorial: Excitement As Hon Biiro Inaugurates Security Building , Reassures Residents of Replicating Makinde’s  Legacy Till The End Of Tenure

In a thrilling atmosphere Thursday, the vigilante group, residents and staffs of Ibadan North LG have agog over the new security building commissioned by the Local Government Chairman ,Hon Waheed Akanbi Biiro.

This is just as the executive chairman ,Biiro commissioned a top-notch building to the vigilante arm of the local government Thursday, 21st December, 2023.

The building according to the chairman is to mitigate the effort of the security personnel/vigilante group attached to the local government and to give them a memorable sense of relaxation.

In a statement made available to eaglessightnews.com.ng , Hon Waheed Akanbi reiterated commitment to keep Ibadan North Local Government progressing till his tenure is over and assured the residents to leave a good legacy of Governor Makinde in the local government.

The chairman further eulogized the indefatigable effort of Oyo State Governor to keep the local government working , adding that the building project wouldn’t have be possible if not for the inputs of the state government.

Expressing the profound gratitude of the security personnels , Mr Akeem Adewale Adetoro,  the Commandant of the vigilantes unit  in the local government described Hon Biiro as a pragmatic leader like Governor Makinde who always wants l to add value to the lives of people and progress the local government, adding that vigilantes enjoyed numerous benefits under the watch of Hon Biiro when he was the caretaker Chairman .

He pointed that the chairman had previously provided some security amenities which include equipments uniforms  among others.

He stresses that the recently dedicated security building is another top notch achievement of Hon Biiro adding that it will give the vigilante group a full sense of belongingness that the government and residents appreciate their efforts and contribution to the masses in the local government.
