Ogbomosho Agog As Makinde Declares Plans To Immortalize Alao Akala
Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, on Friday, stated that plans are underway to immortalise the late former Governor, His Excellency Christopher, Alao Akala Newsbreakng reported
Speaking at the interdenominational funeral and thanksgiving service in honour of the late former governor, Makinde said he has constituted a committee, which is being headed by the Chief of Staff, Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi, to, in the shortest possible time, come up with how best the departed former governor can be honored.

“Finally, I have been going around to determine how we can honor our great man from Oyo State, and we have set up a committee headed by the Chief of Staff. If you also have any advice in this regard, let us know and, within the shortest period of time, the government of Oyo State will ensure that He is adequately honored,” He said.
Makinde described the late governor as one who understands when to project political differences and when to practically come together in the interest of the people of the state.
Further to this, Goal Poacher News reported that, residents and indigenes of Ogbomoso have applauded Governor Makinde for giving their late hero a befitting state burial and plans by the governor to immortalize the former Governor of Oyo State.
