Makinde’s Chief Of Staff, Ogunwuyi Lauds Peaceful Conduct Of LG Congress In Ogbomoso Zone.

The Chief of Staff to Executive Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi has lauded the party members and leaders of Ogbomoso Zone for their peaceful conduct in the just concluded Local Government Congress held in all the five local governments in the zone.

The Otunba Mayeloye of Ijeru Kingdom described the process as a rancour free process and commends all party stakeholders, security agencies and members of the party for the impressive turn out and their peaceful conduct before, during and after the congresses.

While addressing the press at Osekun Civic Hall which is the accredited venue for Ogbomoso South LG Congress, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi said “As we have gathered here today, all our party excos have emerged without any hitches or altercations. This is a further indication that we are one big family.

“PDP is one family and we believe in the fact that we have just one Leader , which is Engr. Seyi Makinde, The Executive Governor of Oyo State.”

“This process is more of consensus because it is not a case of winner takes it all and we know that if there is any reconciliation that needs to be done, it will be done as it is a continuous process because we are a party”.

Ogunwuyi also expresses his profound gratitude to Engr. Seyi Makinde for proving enabling environment for the successful completion of the exercise.
