Political bigwigs  from Ibadan North Locsl Government have accompanied Seun Olufade to pick his chairmanship expression of interest form. Eaglessightnews reports

According to reports sighted from some  online newspapers, a report gathered from populists news affirmed that on Monday at  Oyo PDP state secretariat in Molete, Ibadan, there was  reminiscent of a carnival as leaders, stakeholders, and party members from Ibadan North local government, led by Governor Seyi Makinde’s commissioner nominee, Hon. Toyin Balogun, gathered to witness Seun Olufade’s expression of interest and nomination form for the position of Ibadan North chairman.

It is worth mentioning that a prominent chairmanship aspirant, Adebowale Falana and Lukman Olajide royal umbrella announced their withdrawal from the race yesterday at the Ibadan North local government party secretariat in the presence of all leaders and stakeholders from the area. Falana and the royal umbrella graciously collapsed their structure in support of Oluwaseun Olufade.

The leaders and stakeholders perceive this act of sportsmanship by Falana and the royal umbrella as a reflection of Ibadan North Local Government’s unity and collective decision-making.

With Falana Adebowale and Royal Umbreall’s display of unity and cooperation by collapsing their structure for Seun Olufade, the party leadership has officially chosen Oluwaseun Olufade as the consensus candidate for the Ibadan North chairmanship position.

Following the party leadership’s decision and to demonstrate the overwhelming support for Oluwaseun Olufade as the consensus candidate, party leaders, stakeholders, and members accompanied him to the Oyo State party secretariat to acquire his expression of interest and nomination form.

After successfully obtaining the form, Seun Olufade took pictures with his well-wishers and expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported him in this endeavor. He assured them that they would not regret their decision to align with him.

Notable dignitaries who accompanied him to pick up the form included Hon. Toyin Balogun, Falana Adebowale, Hon. Michael Ogunsina, Hon. Kazeem Fakorede, Hon. Lukman Royal Umbrella, Hon. Egbende, Engineer Femi Afolabi, Mr Hassan smart, Hon. Abiola Sunday (somolu).

Others are PDP ward executive chairmen and party members.
