Abduction of Agba Akin Benedict Akika: OBF Demands Intensive Investigation, Holds Prayers

The Omituntun Benedict Foundation (OBF), a non-profit organization founded by Agba’Akin Benedict Akika has gone spiritual to intercede for the safe return of their founder.

The prayers session followed the lingered status of its founder Abducted by unknown gunmen in Ibadan fews days ago.

The intercessory sessions in Christian and Islam rites have begun since the incident occured.

Another maiden session of the prayer conducted in Oyo State , holds today September 8th and was held at Akinyele and Lagelu local governments simultaneously.

Recall that Eagle’s Sight News reported that Akika, an ally of Governor Makinde and a PDP Chieftain in Oyo State was abducted on September 4th by an unknown Gunmen at his resident around Idi-Ape-Akobo -Olorunda Abba axis and his whereabouts remain unknown till now .

The unfortunate incident has thrown the residents and the loyalists of Akika into worries and concerns about his safety.

Akika , widely known for his philanthropic activities for the needy people, less privileged and unwavering supports for Governor Makinde was relaxing with his family and loyalists at his compound when the unknown abductors wearing masks suddenly intruded . Reports revealed

Meanwhile ,in a recent update made available to Eagles’s Sight News, the Omituntun Benedict Foundation has called for an intensive investigation into the abduction of her founder since Wednesday.

The Omituntun Benedict Foundation in a statement through the media advisory a copy made available to eaglessightnews, expressed deep concern over his disappearance and is demanding that the relevant authorities conduct a thorough and swift investigation to ensure his safe return.

“We are deeply worried about the disappearance of AgbaAkin Benedict Akika, and we urge the police and other relevant authorities to do everything possible to find him and bring him back home safely.”

The OBF has also called on the community to come together and support the efforts of the authorities in finding AgbaAkin Benedict Akika. “We must all work together to ensure that AgbaAkin is found and returned to his family and loved ones”.

“We will not rest until AgbaAkin is found and returned home safely,” said a spokesperson for the OBF.
