Just In: “Performing Governor ” -Reps Member, Odidiomo Hails Makinde’s Leadership and Policies

Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide, a member of the House of Representatives, representing Ibadan North-west/Ibadan South-west federal constituency of Oyo State, has passed a vote of confidence in Governor Seyi Makinde.

The federal lawmaker, who is also a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), made this declaration while addressing residents of Anfaani area of Ibadan and its environs over the weekend.

Hon. Olajide endorsed Governor Makinde’s leadership and policies, describing him as a “performing governor”.

In a statement released to journalists by his Special Adviser on Media and Public Affairs, Tolu Mustapha, Hon. Olajide commended and highlighted several achievements of the Makinde administration, including operation zero pothole in Oyo state through the reconstruction of roads across the state, improvement in healthcare, education, economic development initiatives, security of lives and properties among others.

Hon. Adedeji Olajide, praised the governor’s commitment to the welfare of the people of Oyo State and his efforts to create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

He noted that the governor’s hard work and dedication to the people of Oyo state are a testament to the fact that his policies and programmes are tailored around the sustainable livelihood of the people of oyo state.

The two-term lawmaker attested to the fact that Gov. seyi Makinde’s efforts are yielding positive results and are being recognized by stakeholders in the state.

He re-affirmed his confidence in the leadership of Gov. Makinde and reiterated his commitment to further strengthen the party’s position in Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.

“I am proud to associate myself with a performing governor like Engr. Seyi Makinde.”
