Ibadan North Residents Agog As Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun (BMV) Increases UTME Beneficiaries From 200 To 250, Challenges Beneficiaries To Make GSM & Her Proud;Appreciates Support

A notable philanthropist who is equally a chieftan under the People Democratic Party (PDP) Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun has increased the number of beneficiaries of the Balogun Makinde Vanguard (BMV) free JAMB form program from 200 to 250 due to the large number of participants.

In a statement sent to eaglesighttnews during media chat, “APPRECIATION TO YOU ALL AS 200 JAMB FORMS PROMISED ‘VE BEEN INCREASED TO 250 FORMS AS A RESULT OF LARGE TURN OUT FOR THE PROGRAMME.”

Further to her statement during a ‘Thank you speech ‘ for the successful completion of the first phase of the excercise, the statement reads,

“Alihamdulilah! Thanks be to the Almighty God for granting us the grace to envision the 200 FREE JAMB Forms initiative( which was upgraded to 250 forms in order to accommodate and assist more of our youths and their parents)and for the grace to bring the program to a successful conclusion.

“Today the 26th of March 2022 marks the last day for the JAMB registration nationwide and the end of the Free Jamb Form program sponsored by the Lead Visioner of the Balogun Makinde Vanguard( BMV); Hon Mrs Toyin Balogun.

“I was inspired to sponsor this program in order to support the efforts of the GSM led government in reinforcing the 4th Pillar of the UN driven Sustainable Development Goals(SDG) ;Quality Education,which Nigeria also subscribes to and to support GSM’s efforts in reducing the number of Out-Of -School-Children which the UNESCO has unfortunately identified Nigeria as the Country with the highest incidence of this menace in the entire world.

“After heartfelt prayers from the teeming beneficiaries and their parents who expressed their appreciation,we then took pictures with the last batch of beneficiaries and their guardians who are mostly leaders of the Ibadan North Sabo Community.

“We admonished the beneficiaries to make Governor Seyi Makinde and I proud by excelling in the exam so that they can benefit from the promised Scholarship for the beneficiaries of her program who attain the best 3 results when the JAMB Exam results are out.

“We also prayed for the beneficiaries,expressing the hope that this opportunity will become a launching pad to them having stellar futures which will make them useful to themselves and the society at large.
