Ojoge-Daniel, in the conversation, was asking the said Moruf on how they can sell part of the land to yet to be identified prospective buyer who the lawyer claimed was a serious buyer.
At a point, Moruf was making efforts to call the attention of Ojoge-Daniel to the fact that the Adepoju family had entrusted the land to the care of Sukazeem property belongs to Sukazeen Property, his former client, he raised his voice and was making different uncomplementary remarks about the Chairman, Sukazeem Property, Alhaji Sufianu Kazeem.

He added that efforts are on bringing in security agents into the matter.
Adeyemo added that the case the lawyer was referring to will be refiled as the court never gave judgement to Ojoge Daniel but that the complainant should not be Sukazeem Property but the clients that were victims of Ojoge Daniel.
He concluded by saying that the case is to be revisit soon.
