The Oyo State House of Assembly Elect for Ibadan North Constituency1, Hon(Dr) Olufunke Comforter AdeniyI Olajide has congratulated Muslim faithful in Oyo state, Nigeria, home and abroad, particularly in Ibadan North Constituencies on the successful completion of Ramadan fasting.

Comforter enjoined Muslim brothers and sisters at home and abroad to continue in the lessons of Ramadan.

Speaking with Eagle’s sight news on Thursday after the moon has been sighted by Saudi Arabia, Dr. Olufunke Comforter stated,

” I congratulate our Muslim brothers and sisters for the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan fasting. I pray that God grants our hidden petitions and our prayers with speedy answers.

“Let us not forget to continue in the teachings of Ramadan: Helping the widows, orphans, and the less privileged.

“Let us continue in peaceful co-existence with our brothers and sisters from other religious views and let us love our neighbors more.

Comforter added, “We have prayed and fasted and told God our secret petitions. We have also prayed for our nation. Let us in the same vein put into practice all the lessons learned during the fasting period by abiding by the commandments of God.

“Let us not relent to give our heartfelt support for this presence omitting 2.0 anchor by H.E Governor Seyi Makinde and pray for human growth and development in Oyo State and Nigeria at large,” she added.
