The closest Challenger of Senator Teslim Folarin at the Oyo state APC Guber Primary Election has been reportedly said to have dumped party for SDP.

This is coming shortly after Oloye Teslim Folarin defeated him and the other challengers at the primary yesterday.

A source within the party exclusively told journalists.

Meanwhile, former secretary to Oyo State Government, Chief Sharafadeen Alli has also pulled out of 2023 Oyo South Senatorial contest for APC 

Effort put together to reach the PRO of SDP to confirm this news is yet to be successful.

Recall Bayo Adelabu a former Deputy Governor of Central Bank Of Nigeria was the closet Challenger of the incumbent Governor of Oyo state ,Engr Seyi Makinde.
