Tragedy Strikes Late  Ex-Oyo Governor, Ajimobi Family as Eldest Child Passes Away

Eagles Sight News reports that , Abisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest child of late former Oyo State Governor Abiola Ajimobi, has passed away at the age of 42 .

According to reports, Bisola died in the early hours of Thursday, March 27, 2025, after battling cancer in the United Kingdom.

Bisola was a dedicated public servant, serving as a Special Adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu. She was also actively involved in her family’s businesses and owned the luxury store, Florence H Boutique

On a personal note, Bisola was married to Kolapo Kola-Daisi, and the couple was blessed with three children. Her passing leaves behind a loving family and a legacy of service and dedication.

The news of Bisola’s passing was confirmed by Bolaji Tunji, the Special Adviser to her late father. Former Senator Teslim Folarin also expressed his condolences to the Ajimobi family ¹.

Bisola’s passing is another loss for the Ajimobi family, who lost their patriarch, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, in June 2020. Our thoughts and condolences are with the family during this difficult time.
