Ibadan Explosion: Ibadan North Chairman, Biiro Extols Makinde Quick Intervention , Visits Scene , Sympathizes With Victims

The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North,Hon Waheed Akanbi Biiro has joined Governor Makinde to sympathize with victims of Ibadan Explosion.

This is contained in a statement forwarded to Eaglessightnews Wednesday after visiting the scene.

Recall that Eaglessightnews in breaking news updated that Governor Makinde after deploying security and medical personnels had also visited the scene to express his concern and further disclosed some measures to cushion the situation.

Our medium also reported that nothing less than two people have been confirmed dead while 77 others sustained severe injuries.

Eaglessightnews understands that the scene where the catastrophe incident occured is under Ibadan North Local Government.

The Local Government Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government,Hon Biiro, while speaking with eaglessightnews acknowledged the efforts of Governor Makinde and eulogized the strategical measures proactively placed by the Government to manage the incident.

“If you see something, say something…” Hon Biiro while reiterating the governor’s statement admonished residents to speak up of any security challenges in their areas.

Hon Waheed Akanbi further charged Oyo residents, particularly Ibadan North residents where the incident occured not to panic has the government is in control.
