Group Extends Sympathies to Hon. Dikko and His Family on the Loss of His Father, Dr. Salami Olagoke

A media group has  expressed its deep sadness upon hearing the news of the passing of Pa (Dr.) Salami Liadi Olagoke, the father of Hon Dr. Ibraheem Oladeji Salami (DIKKO), the Chairman and Sole Administrator of Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Services (PTS).

Pa Dr. Salami Olagoke passed away on Monday, September 4th, and was laid to rest on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023, in accordance with Islamic rites.

In a condolence message, the team’s coordinating leader, Dig. Comrade Moyosoreoluwa Olamilekan Eldreez, also known as Ijoba Authority MOE, conveys the media team’s heartfelt sympathy to the family of PTS Chairman, Hon (Dr.) Ibraheem Oladeji Salami DIKKO, for the loss of his father, a financial expert. He describes this loss as significant not only for the family but also for the people of Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.

According to the statement, Pa Dr. Salami Olagoke served as Oyo State Accountant General from 2011 to 2015 during Senator Abiola Ajimobi’s first term in office as Executive Governor of Oyo State.

“The news of the passing of one of the most active, vibrant, hardworking, and resourceful financial experts came as a shock to me and everyone in Oyo State. We are deeply saddened by the loss of this icon. He was a patriotic, selfless, and philanthropic man who dedicated himself to the service of Oyo State.
