The councillor representing Ibadan North Ward 6, Hon HAMISU NAFIU DODO has described the Lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency1, Hon(Dr) Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi Olajide as a woman worthy of emulation by other women in the state.

Eaglessightnews recalls on Wednesday that dignitaries, the mammoth crowd within and outside Ibadan North local government grace graced the commissioning of the Constituency1 Office, an office established for empowerment located at Yemetu Ibadan and achieved under the watch of the comforter

Dodo on behalf of the Hausa Community Ward 6 appreciated Comforter’s care, support, and loyalty to the people. He however sent a powerful message appealing to her over the Hausa Community under her constituency.

“Congratulations on 100 days in office and opening of the new OMITUNTUN office for Ibadan North Constituency1. I applaud you.

“On behalf of the entire Hausa Community, particularly ward6 for presenting us an Award. I Appreciate your Care Loyalty and Support to our people and PDP Party Members. I wish you all the best and more progress in your office. I wish you success in your life. However I’m reminding you that we Hausa are a minority in Constituency 1 Ibadan of Ibadan North, we always need to be regarded like others and to be carried along on our achievements and good record. Many thanks ”

Dodo also sends condolences and prayers over the demise of a former councilor of Ward 6 Alh.MUNTARI INKA. Dodo described the deceased as a Leader and mentor in politics and prayed that God comfort Ibadan North In General.

While charging Ibadan North Constituency1 residents to make good use of the opportunities comforter established to the constituency and give maximum support for her, Dodo encouraged Hon Comforter to keep up a good image of the Constituency1 and good governance under the watch of Governor Makinde.
