“I’m Not Responsible For Foremost Monarchs Death In The State…” – Makinde Reacts Comically😁 To Social Media Rumours, Announces Beffiting Burial For Late Alaafin Oyo

Eagle’s Sight News has learned that Governor Seyi Makinde promised that the state will ensure all it takes to give the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi an awesome burial.

Oyo state Governor speaking during his condolences visit to the late Alaafin palace has appealed to the Oyo Mesi, the Council of Chiefs and all those that will be involved in the selection of another Alaafin not to delay in the process so that some wishes of the late Alaafin, which he was privy to can be fulfilled.

Recall that about three monarchs died in the state including Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba Jimoh Oyewumi died December 12, 2021 while Olubadan Saliu Adetunji died January 2, 2022.

Governor Makinde responding to social media rumor according to national daily news in a comical manner stressed that , he was not the one responsible for the deaths of foremost Monarchs in the state.

Meanwhile, Makinde said all monarchs who joined their ancestors in the state were ripe in age and have made impact on the people.
