As the 2023 general election is approaching, political Parties have begun screenings and other electoral activities toward primary election as directed by INEC .

Recall the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, started its screening about two days ago across the states.

In continuation of this exercise on Friday 29th April, 2022, it has be affirmed to newsmen that the national screening committee has disqualified two of its 17 presidential aspirants.

According to the findings of this reliable platform’Eaglessightnews” the disqualification implies that the two aspirants would forfeit the N40 million paid for the expression of interest and nomination forms.

This was confirmed from the chairman of the presidential screening committee, Senator David Mark who announced the disqualification of the two aspirants on Friday evening.

When journalists asked if the aspirants money will be refunded, mark said, “Why should the party refund money?”

The efforts by journalists to confirm the identity of the disqualified aspirants and reason for the disqualification was denied by Mark.
